MEL, Please keep posting I never dieted ( I was always a size until after the birth of my first baby in November 2006 some time in 2007 I discovered your site and it really helped. LOVE YA work keep it up. PS I got down to a size 8 again with your help and just had my second baby got 10 more kg to lose so keep typing girl. I put on 30kg each prgnancy but with diet it snaps back and you go from hot chickky to yummy mummy.

I do too! I discovered it like a yr ago and I still read it! Only when you don’t post for like a month or something, I’ll go away for awhile, and then when i come back there will be like 4 new posts and i get excited! keep the posts coming!
