Her trainers name is Harley Pasternak and he is the author and creator of The Five Factor Diet. So naturally this is what Miley Cyrus is doing. She didn’t hire him to lose weight, she hired him to maintain her great shape. She’s got a fantastic body and it’s good to see she is taking care of herself. The five factor diet is becoming quite popular, this is one celebrity diet I will investigate further.

What Does Miley Cyrus Eat?

An example of the five factor diet…

You have five meals in one day on the 5 Factor Diet plan:

Meal One – Protein Berry Shake

Meal Two – Mushroom-Barley Risotto

Meal Three – Antipasto

Meal Four – French toast with Ricotta

Meal Five – Indian Style Chicken with Curried Yogurt and Brown Rice.

How Does Miley Cyrus Workout?

In the five factor diet, you workout for five minutes, five times a day for five days.

Hmmm…I’ve been using the 5 Factor Diet for 8 months now. It works really well! The exercise program actually consists of five 25 minute workouts each week which go in five 5 minute phases.
Phase 1: 5 minute warm up Phase 2: 5 min. upper body strength Phase 3: 5 min. lower body strength Phase 4: 5 min. core and abdominal strengthening…then finally phase 5: 5 min cardio cool down.

It’s excellent if you’re already @ your goal weight and just want to tone up

so i started this diet just trying to loose a little bit of fat i gained and stay healthy. i am a 15 year old female and have type one diabetes.. since i have started this my blood sugars have gone from good to great… and in his book he explains things in a way that is amazing and almost impossible for one to not understand. i love it. in my first week i lost 3 pounds, and since then ivebeen getting in better shape and have tons more energy

i LOVE it

and to other teens out there, doint go overboard obsessing about how you look. just have fun and stay healthy

I believe that you shouldnt waste your time trying to be like Miley Cyrus, she is a horrible role model. Look up to Hilary Duff, Emily Osmemt, or Selena Gomez. Selena Gomez is a great role model.
