I’m pretty sure she’s not a smoker, I think the models were holding cigarettes for a photoshoot/runway show because if you look at another photo from the same set they’re both holding cigarettes and also there are no other pictures of her smoking… which if she was in fact a “chain smoker” I’m sure there would be!

Why are you so disappointed? Many models smoke because it’s the easiest way to keep weight at bay.
And all her preaching about healthy food and organic skin products are only a marketing move for her books/ products.
Don’t be fooled and don’t be so naive. She doesn’t care about your health, she only wants your money!
