Wow. Omg she looks sooo ahmasing. Im like upsesed with miranda! Everytime i eat i think “would miranda eat this?”, and when i excersize i have her in my mind, yet i look nothing like her and am fat! Lol it sounds creepy how much i look up to her but its realy not. It makes me depresed looking at these pics cuz ill never look like her! O well. I wonder though does she go to extremes to get her body to look like that? Because i copied her exact diet and workout ruitien for almost 4months now and see no improvements in my body.
I run/jog 3miles a day, which miranda does too (3 miles=about 5k). And then i do the vicoria secret workout like mel posted not too long ago only ive been doing it a while. Sometimes to change up my workout tho instead of the VS workout i do a harley pasternak or tracy anderson. I try to do that everyday but only get to it about 5days a week. And also like miranda i eat fruit and yogurt for breakfest with egg whites. Chicken and veggies for lunch/dinner. And snack on nuts or fruit inbetween. So i do that and dont look like her so it makes me suspisious if thats what she actualy does. Btw sorry ill try not to spam up the posts anymore lol.
