Mischa Barton Undertakes New Workout Regime

I found this interesting. Back in Mischas OC days I thought she looked naturally very thin. Perhaps she does have to work like a lot of us to stay in shape.

“Mischa is really focused on getting into shape,” a source told People magazine. “Mischa has been doing a lot of conditioning with weights as well as cardio on the treadmill, and some kickboxing.”

The insider adds, “She’s been very consistent and she seems focused. She has big self-esteem issues. She hates her legs. She isn’t comfortable with her body. It’s been a big source of stress and self-hate.”

    I share her body shape and leg shape so to hear that she hates isn’t a great self confidence boost! Mischa looks healthy and normal, like a woman should
