My Bikini Weight Loss Journey After 2 Months + Before & After Clips

Here is the latest Bikini Model Program update!! I’m going to be putting up a healthy vegetarian burger recipe this week so stay tuned!
I haven’t lost any more weight because I ate terribly over Christmas and New Years. I am back following the plan properly now to be in top shape for my holiday in 5 weeks time.

I have managed to keep the weight off which REALLY surprises me considering the food I ate over Christmas and New Years. I was expecting to be much heavier than I was. I hadn’t weighed myself since taking the last video lol.

For those of you who want to read the bikini model program go to www.thebikinimodelprogram.com

I’m also trying to get an interview with the author Jennifer Nicole Lee (she’d better say yes seeing as I’m telling people about her program!!)

I was reading the comments and saw someone post that they’re allergic to whey protein. I’ve been following this celebrity trainer, valerie waters (valeriewaters.com), and on her site she would post up videos that she does with other celebrity trainers or nutritionists. She recommended hemp protein powder because it also has detoxifying effects. It’s not the best flavor (I personally can’t drink it by itself) but it’s not too bad if you blend it in a shake with frozen bananas.

Some info about the celebrity trainer: She’s awesome and very motivating. Mel, you remind me of her. She is known for the action hero bodies (she worked with Jennifer Garner for the show Alias and Rachel Nicole for G.I Joe.) She puts up a lot of free videos with other celebrity trainers and post up some of her secrets from time to time. Definitely worth checking out. She also sells some programs (Red Carpet Ready (Beginner), Action Hero Babe, and I Want My Bikini Body (both more advance)). I just bought a personal body assessment with her (pretty expensive but I something that I watch everyday and it helps me know exactly what I should be doing).

Mel, you would love her. You remind me so much of her. Always cheerful and encouraging.
