I saw her in the movie Blow with Johnny Depp and I was obsessed with how skinny she was in it. She looked amazing! Penelope Cruz appears to be ‘naturally thin’ but she definitely works out for her body. Before she broke into acting she studied classical ballet for nine years. I have heard a lot of horror stories about ballet teachers telling their students to lose weight or calling them chubby etc. What if….this happened to Penelope?…and she developed an eating disorder..
Ok I got carried away, she doesn’t have an eating disorder, shes hired celebrity personal trainer Gunnar Peterson to help her maintain her ballerina body. She looks graceful and really petite, her muscles are long and slender from all the ballet training.

I want to hear about a celebrity who does something crazy to lose weight, like…eating weird things. Oh wait..Angelina Jolie already did that. She eats bugs!

Hmmm…I’ve been using the 5 Factor Diet for 8 months now. It works really well! The exercise program actually consists of five 25 minute workouts each week which go in five 5 minute phases.
Phase 1: 5 minute warm up Phase 2: 5 min. upper body strength Phase 3: 5 min. lower body strength Phase 4: 5 min. core and abdominal strengthening…then finally phase 5: 5 min cardio cool down.
It’s excellent if you’re already @ your goal weight and just want to tone up
I saw her in blow as well, she looked amazing! I would really love to have her body!I’ve tried quite a lot of things to try and slim down but none of it is working, clearly I’m doing something wrong but i don’t know what? I want to get down to a UK size 6 and at the moment I’m an 8/10, if you have any tips please let me know
