Adriana Lima spends the month leading up to the Victorias Secret fashion show working out for two hours a day. She also cuts out carbs and sugar.
“I have a balanced diet…lots of protein, no carbs, no sugar,” says the super fit Adriana Lima.
Don’t worry ladies, she also has her junk food downfalls. When asked about her weakness, she admitted she loves dessert.
“Dessert…forget about champagne. The first thing I will have is chocolate cake!”
