Whats Your Motivation To Lose Weight?

Nobody can really stick to a diet properly without some motivation. So whats yours?
Without a goal we dont really have anything to aim for! I personally want to look great on the beach when I go away on holidays!
I’m trying to get pictures to load properly on the site but for some reason they aren’t. I’ll put some celeb posts up tomorrow for you all! I just need to figure out why the pics arent working. Its good to be back :)

Feels Like Forever!

Hey girlies

It feels like I haven’t updated this site in forever! Well here’s the rundown of whats been happening..

I started an offline business so I’ve been working pretty hard with that. That’s why I haven’t been able to post very much on here. But that is about to change! From now on I’ll be posting 5 new things everyday :)

Also…

I dyed my hair brown! Yep I love it, its my natural colour.

Here’s a pic from a couple of weeks ago, yes I am aware of the scary lady in the background wrecking the photo haha

Audrina Comments On Stephanie Pratts Bulimia Confession

Sienna Miller In A Bikini

Sienna Miller has a pretty good bikini body, wouldn’t you agree?

She stays in shape by doing rope yoga.

Sienna enjoys rope yoga which works the abdomen, hips and thighs, She does it to burn calories and for toning rather than for just stretching. ‘Rope yoga
works mainly on the abdomen, hips and thighs,’ she says. ‘It’s about toning and stretching rather than calorie burning, and it’s effective in releasing tension.’”

Megan Parks Beauty Tips

Megan Park plays Grace Bowman on the Secret Life of The American Teenager. Here’s an interview with her taken from abcfamily.com. Enjoy!

abcfamily.com: Do you have a specific beauty regimen?

Megan Park: I guess I’m pretty low-key. I think the one thing I’m really into right now, as corny as this is going to sound, is sunscreen. I just think it’s so important to start early. It prevents wrinkles, and skin cancer is [something] that nobody wants to deal with, obviously. I’m really into finding products that have sunscreen in them.

abcfamily.com: Any makeup tips you can share with us?

How To Eat Healthy

1. Determine how many calories your body needs to function each day.
This number can vary wildly, depending upon your metabolism and how physically active you are. If you’re the kind of person who puts on 10 pounds just smelling a slice of pizza, then your daily caloric intake should stay around 2000 calories for men, and 1500 calories for women. Your body mass also plays a part in this: More calories are suitable for naturally bigger people, and fewer calories for smaller people. If you’re the kind of person who can eat without putting on a pound, or you’re physically active, you may want to increase your daily caloric intake by 1000-2000 calories, a little less for women. Also consider that the more muscle mass you have, the more calories you need to function. The bad fats are saturated and trans fat. Someone on a 2000 calorie diet should consume less than 20 grams of saturated fat a day, and trans fat can and should be avoided all together. The good fats are plain fat, which you should eat about 30% of your calories in, and poly- and monounsaturated fats.

I have bought a tub of weight watchers extra light sour cream so I add a table spoon to the middle of the soup and some black pepper on top.

Delicious!

Let me know if you try them :D

Thanks to Richard from www.Vegetarian-And-Low-Calorie-Recipes.com/ for the recipes!
