Along with her Food Plan, the said Oscar winning actress incorporates them with other healthy workouts that credits to her lean and toned body. She starts her day by jogging outdoors. she also does some crunches and lunges. She also does some strength training workouts in the afternoon.
Combining both healthy eating plan plus body enhancing workouts is the best approach if you want to have a body like Halle’s. You just have to remember that you need to be serious and eager to limit yourself with some fattening foods and you need to work hard for it.

How it works: Followers of fitness guru Harley Pasternak’s diet eat five meals a day, each consisting of protein, low-glycemic carbs, fiber, healthy fat and sugar-free beverages, five components essential to healthy weight loss.
How to do it: Eat three meals and two snacks a day based on Pasternak’s recipes, which balance five ingredients or fewer.
Breakfast – Breakfast burrito made of egg whties, veggie bacon, a whole-grain tortilla and reduced-fat cheddar chese
Snack – Apple-cinnamon smoothie
Lunch – Chopped salad
Snack – Hummus dip and crackers
Dinner – Seafood stirfry
