Hilary Duff announced on twitter that she is expecting a baby! She also released some wedding photos as it was her one year wedding anniversary with her husband.

This weekend, Mike and I are celebrating our 1 year anniversary!

I can’t believe it has already been a year, time really flies when you’re having fun!

We also want to share the exciting news that…… BABY MAKES THREE!!!

We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives.

Hilary Duff’s Workout Routine

It’s a curious fact that Hilary Duff is a former gymnast. About the workouts in the gym, Hilary says:

I couldn’t just go to the gym like my friends and lift weights. I would get these muscles in my legs. I felt boyish.

So, instead of gym workouts, Duff trains pilates and swimming. Duff trains pilates four times per week, she targets her lower body. Hilary executes 20 butt and legs exercises as well as 5 abs exercises. She does 32 reps per set. When she train swimming, she tries to alternate 7 laps each of butterfly, sidestroke daily, and freestyle.

Hilary Duff’s Diet Plan

Hilary’s diet plan includes a lot of fresh fruits, lean proteins, and greens.

Here’s a sample of her daily diet plan:

Breakfast
A latte made with 2% milk and Kashi cereal with 2% milk

Lunch
Caesar salad with 1 tablespoon of reduced-fat dressing and grilled chicken

Dinner
Grilled veges, couscous, and Tuna steak

Snack
Handful of mixed nuts
