Correct me if I’m wrong but Jennifer Aniston is 40 years old and has a better body than a lot of women half her age! She’s toned, thin (not overly thin) and just looks healthy and radiant! Lots of celebrities are ’skinny fat’ but you can tell Jennifer works hard for her body. Here she is on the set of her new film.

I think she has a healthy figure, especially for age 40. Whats your opinion?

Well all of the celebs on here are being stalked by the paparazzi. I was just trying to give you a catchy headline! Jennifer Aniston was snapped arriving to the set of her new movie “The Baster”. I admire Jen for her fantastic body. I can only hope to be in such great shape when I’m her age!

Jennifer Aniston has one of the most enviable bodies of any Hollywood actress. She is toned, yet not too muscular, and as a result, can wear just about anything and it will drape beautifully over her body. Aniston has a regimented diet and exercise plan to keep her body toned and tight. If you want to get fit like Jennifer Aniston, here’s how she does it.

Step 1 – Start with a cardio workout. Aniston begins her workout by doing 22 minutes of cardio. She starts with a 5-minute warm-up before moving on to interval training. During her interval training, she does 1 minute of high-intensity exercises followed by 2 minutes of moderate-intensity exercises until her remaining 17 minutes is completed.

Step 2 – Finish your cardio workout with five Sun Salutations. Finishing her cardio with this yoga movement allows Aniston to slow her breathing. Visit The Yoga Site (see Additional Resources) to learn how to do this.

Step 3 – Continue the regiment by doing more yoga. Aniston does two hours of Hatha yoga at least three times a week. Hatha yoga is the most common and popular type of yoga.

Step 4 – Get on The Zone diet. Aniston has been singing the praises of The Zone diet for years. The Zone diet plan that Jen follows is made up of 40 percent carbohydrates, 30 percent lean proteins and 30 percent essential fats. Visit ZoneDiet.com (see Additional Resources) to get started.

This is old news now but I’ll still post it to the site because perhaps some of you readers out there in cyberspace may not have heard about it. A few A-list celebs have revealed they replace meals with baby food in order to lose weight. Here’s an exerpt from Marie Claire.

A-LIST STARS are going mushy over the latest diet craze to hit Hollywood – eating jars of baby food.

Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon and Marcia Cross are among the celebrities who are spoon-feeding themselves with toddler tucker.

The idea of substituting one, and sometimes two, regular meals a day for the tiny fruit and vegetable meals originated from New York fashion guru Hedi (Heidi) Slimane.

The 39-year-old French-born designer, who has just left Dior to launch his own line, is said to have first coined the phrase ‘baby eating’ by sticking to baby food for days on end to maintain his slimline figure.

A-listers are snapping up the vitamin and mineral-rich snacks from organic ‘designer’ labels such as Earth’s Best, which are now being sold in the healthfood sections of high-brow supermarkets.

Jennifer Aniston believes the ‘purer, nutrient-packed, gluten-free’ pots help to maintain her trim figure; Reese Witherspoon told a US TV show she’s careful not to crash diet on infant food and makes sure to have one adult meal a day; while Marcia Cross ditched junk food snacks for baby food to keep hunger pangs at bay.

‘There’s nothing wrong with anyone eating baby food,’ LA-based nutritionist Dr Marty Edwards tells the Sunday Express. ‘It’s nutritious and delicious as a snack.

‘But adults require a minimum daily calorific intake, so it would be absolute folly to dine only on these little jars. Substituting them for chips, crisps or burgers as a healthy snack alternative does, however, make a lot of sense.’
