With Kim Kardashian’s wedding to fiance Kris Humphries less than a month away, she’s not slowing down her fitness routine anytime soon.
According to sources, the reality star is in the process of “refining her shape” with the aid of celebrity fitness trainers Gunnar Peterson and Tracy Anderson.
As part of her strategy to reach her fitness goals, Kim revealed the key to shaping her fabulous figure is “changing the movements all the time” while doing free-arm exercises.
She is avoiding repetitive movements in a straight line like shoulder presses in favor of continuously varying the angle and direction of her movements to simultaneously work more muscles.
For example, while performing a basic bicep curl, she may be twisting the weight in her hand while curling toward her shoulder to work muscles in her forearm, shoulder, and tricep ON TOP of her bicep.
The key, experts say, is to keep your muscles guessing!
Newly engaged Kim Kardashian will definitely be hitting the gym and watching what she eats in the months leading up to her wedding. The reality star is a spokesperson for QuickTrim shakes and has credited the supplement for her weight loss in the past.

Kim trains anywhere from 3 to 5 times per week with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson AND attends 5am cardio bootcamp sessions at Los Angeles studio “Barry’s Bootcamp.”

Old diet Breakfast: Starbucks tall white chocolate mocha with whipped cream. Lunch: Salad with cranberries and candied walnuts. Chocolate chip cookie and a diet Coke. Snack: Cupcake. Dinner: Pasta with vegetables and chicken. Cookies and ice cream for desert. Total Calories: 2,263.
Kim Kardashian’s new diet Breakfast: Oatmeal with bananas. Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken. Pinkberry [nonfat yogurt] with fruit and granola. Snack: Carrots and low-cal ranch dressing. Dinner: Fish, vegetables and green tea before bed. Total Calories: 1,438.
Yeah I did just say ‘Curvalicious’. I’m immediately filled with regret and shame but I am also too lazy to think of a better title.
