Kim Kardashian was photographed at The Tea Room in Hollywood. She’s one of the few celebrities who haven’t completely cracked under Hollywood pressure to be scarily skinny. I think shes a healthy role model.

Kim Kardashian is curvy but she has changed up her eating habits to tone up. Her goal was to lose 5lbs, which isn’t too drastic. After her stint on dancing with the stars Kim Kardashian was a lot thinner than she used to be and has changed her eating habits. Her old diet consisted of around 2400 calories per day and now has reduced it to around 1200.

So today I got my new Us Weekly in the mail and I was pretty excited! Right now I’m sitting here eating an apple and reading about Kim Kardashian. She looks hot!

The 5 foot 3 reality star has gone from 125 to 115 pounds. Her excise regimen consists of running two miles, then strength training arms, legs, and abs. She works out with boyfriend, Reggie Bush, almost everyday. She has also switched up her diet. She admits: “I changed my Oreos to nonfat frozen yogurt.” Her diet consists of oatmeal, chicken, salmon, and veggies.” She also admits that: “My body can’t handle too many carbs.”

I have decided to give up bread.. It’s going to be hard. wish me luck!
