Here she is looking gorgeous in a long navy dress at Galeries Lafayette in Paris.

Nicole Richie is crediting her kick-ass cheerleader role for getting her back in shape after childbirth.

The former Simple Life star and Paris Hilton pal gave birth to her first child, daughter Harlow Winter, in January this year.

But Richie, 27, only felt back to her physical best after a guest star slot on NBC action comedy Chuck.

She says, "I play a cheerleader who ends up in a huge girly fight with an old classmate.

"We had a week of intense training with a martial arts guy to get ready for this scene and I loved every minute of it.

"If I had any baby weight left, that definitely got rid of it."

Wow is all I can say. She doesn’t look too skinny or scarily skinny at all here. She looks quite healthy!

"David puts music on my iPod and Gordon Ramsay bought me trainers where you have a little chip so you can clock how far you’re running."
