<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">5 Factor Diet</span></strong></p>
<p><strong>How it works:</strong> Followers of fitness guru Harley Pasternak&#8217;s diet eat five meals a day, each consisting of protein, low-glycemic carbs, fiber, healthy fat and sugar-free beverages, five components essential to healthy weight loss.</p>
