I’m at home blogging!

Not that I have anything better to do *sigh* lol. Well I must admit I did head to Max Brenner tonight. Do you guys have that wherever you are from? It’s a chocolate restaurant which is so amazing!

Here is my sneaky trick to feeling like you’ve indulged in some chocolate without having too many calories.
What I do is order a skinny cappuccino (it comes with chocolate drizzled on top). Only have 1 raw sugar with it..and then steal one or two pieces of fruit dipped in chocolate or mouthfuls of whatever my boyfriend/sister/friend is having.

Anyway back to the blogging…Taylor Swifts new video clip comes out on the 27th. Anybody else excited?

I just found this article on the internet, I’m not saying that all of the information is true or correct..I think there’s some useful information here. Btw I’m also not calling you fat! I don’t know what you look like lol. Don’t take offence from this article just learn!

1. You start the work out program too hard

Most people get so motivated that they work out for 1 to 2 hours to start the New Year workout season at full force, screaming and growling after each rep; then they get too sore to comeback for a second month, week, or even day of training. Ease into your workout program. If you haven’t so much as done a push up since gym class in P.S. one fifty whatever, start exercising by lightly jogging or walking briskly for 20 to 30 minutes. Then as your heart gets used to pumping blood faster, your body will push you to start running up hills, doing push ups or bench pressing 25 lbs. weights for 12 to 15 reps.

Oh yeah, is anybody able to download the .zip file for Jennifer Hawkin’s diet plan? Somebody said it wasn’t working so can you please let me know if you were able to download it successfully. happy.jpgJust remember that celebrities have a lot of help getting in shape and keeping fit. Don’t beat yourself up if you don’t have the perfect body. We’re all human and we all are beautiful and unique no matter what shape or size you are…no matter what you look like. You are amazing! Yes if you are reading this you may not believe it but I am talking to you.

Celebrities have personal chefs, personal trainers and access to all sorts of prescription and illegal substances that lead to weight loss. They also have a career based on their appearance. Be happy with who you are, exercise to be the best that YOU can be, not to be like somebody else.

Hehe sorry if you are sick of my little inspirational posts lately. I just want to tell you that you are amazing and should feel happy.
