Taylor Momsen - Your Thinspiration?

Taylor Momsen is only 14 which is probably why she is so rail thin! Has she even hit puberty yet…I don’t remember how old you are when that happens. I’m sure plenty of girls would kill to have Taylor Momsen’s pin like legs and thin figure. (Taylor plays Jenny Humphrey on the hit show Gossip Girl) The advice I would give to these girls is to not aim for Taylor Momsen’s body, she will get curvier as she gets older. Her weight would probably be about 107lbs and shes quite tall. She doesn’t diet or exercise but is rumored to have a healthy eating regime.
She is viewed as thinspiration by pro ana and pro mia groups (groups that condone anorexia and bulimia as a lifestyle and not a disease) but thinspiration doesn’t have to be just for those struggling with eating disorders. I admit that I love thinspiration as it gives me motivation to get my act together.
What Does Taylor Momsen Eat?
Healthy foods. An example would be…brown rice with lean chicken and vegetables.
How Does Taylor Momsen Workout?
Shooting Gossip Girl would be a workout but I don’t know if she actually works out.
