What Does Ashlee Simpson Eat?
Breakfast: Yogurt
Lunch: Turkey Wraps
“I try to eat a moderate diet overall. If I have pizza or Taco Bell one day, I’ll have home cooked meals the next.”
How Does Ashlee Simpson Workout?
“If my jeans get too tight, I’ll watch what I eat or do the elliptical a little longer. I love having a toned body. I think it’s sexy to be strong, feminine and fit.”

wow!!!i never looked at ashlee simpson as a role model before not for myself any way but shes doing really well she slimmed down alot sure but looks like she definately is being honest and did it a healthy normal way!
i would love to have her body its so toned and looks so lovely!! i might try the elliptical since we have one in my house:D
does ash have more of a diet plan and fitness shecdule then that??
