    I used Susan Somer’s diet, which revolves around a low-carb lifestyle and I lost 50 lbs but I ended up gaining it all back because of stress/depression. How is the South Beach Diet different?

    i have wheat intolerence so eat a low carb diet and have never lost any weight.
