MY EXPERIENCE WITH HOODIA CHASER AND HOODIA BALANCE: I decided that I really can’t be seen frolicking in a bikini with this body. Summer is only a few months away and I am going on holidays where bikini wearing is expected! I can usually cover up my body with baggy clothes and still get away with looking kind of smallish but as soon as those layers are removed…it isn’t pretty. I’m currently 118.8lbs and only 5"3′ so it’s not a good look. I am going to be taking photos every ten days to monitor my weight loss! I am going to be taking hoodia balance and hoodia chaser together (I’m not sure if its recommended but I’ll do it anyway) I don’t have much time so I need speedy weight loss! I’m going to take it until I lose enough weight to feel comfortable in a bikini. I ordered a six months supply from Manage Weight Loss Review. I bought 4 bottles of chaser and 4 bottles of hoodia balance (I figure the best value because you get 2 free ones!) I saved up a pay check to get it all. No clothes money this week =( buttt….I’ll be skinnier so my old clothes will look better! I’ll post again in 10 days with before and after photos if it works.

Ok so it’s been 10 days. My family didn’t really notice the difference lol but I can tell! I lost 8.8lbs. I haven’t really been eating very differently (I’m a vegetarian so I generally eat pretty healthily). The difference shows in the photos but its not hugely noticeable by looking at me. I definitely feel heaps more confident in underwear but not confident enough to be seen in public on the beach. I am going to post again in 10 days so keep checking back to see how its going! So far…I’m thrilled =D I’m going to take a photo in my room every 10 days wearing the same outfit. Hi again. So I’ve been on hoodia chaser and hoodia balance for 20 days total now. I haven’t lost as much weight in the second ten days as I have in the first. I guess it’s because I had more to lose before. I have lost 3lbs though which I’m pretty pleased about!!
I have been snorkeling with my boyfriend in a bikini!! YES I wore a bikini in public.
Still…that holiday is creeping up and I want killer abs and MUCH thinner legs. I’m going to post some holiday photos up too. I’ll post again when I feel that I have lost a noticeable amount of weight =) Hopefully 5lbs in the next 10 days! We’ll see….haha imagine me in a bikini before…BEACHED WHALE! Here is a recent photo. I lost the orange outfit so I just put underwear photos up.

so, you do an hour of cardio 5 tiems a week, take the hoodia chaser and hoodia balance every day…and pretty much eat whatever you want? or do you, like, have a strict diet too? or does the hoodia just make you not want to eat at all? haha i want to lose weight too, and you’ve inspired me!

Yep an hour of cardio 5 times a week and take the hoodia chaser and balance. I don’t eat whatever I want though! I am vegetarian so no meat! And I steer clear of cakes and junk food for 6 days and on one day I have ‘cheat day’! Which my dad has nicknamed ‘pig out day’. I eat everything and anything lol. It is supposed to shock your metabolism into speeding up. Because I restrict calories for 6 days my metabolism has slowed down.

but my only serious problem is that i can’t get my hands on the hoodia…my mom is worried that it’s not good for me, so she won’t buy it… and i’m too much of a “good girl” to order it online without her permission haha. i think i’m going to try to hardcore convince my parents by new years to make getting uber skinny my new years resolution! keep me updated on all your tips!
p.s. i’m a vegetarian too!

Ok so I got a bit of time on the computer yay! Here are the answers to all the questions ! =)
What kind of cardio do u actaully do? and ow many calories do u limit yourself to through the week?
I do body attack les mills classes (they have them worldwide, ask around at gyms to see if they have les mills programs there. otherwise a regular cardio class is fine) or an hour on the treadmill. I have about 1000 calories a day until Monday which is cheat day then I have unlimited
Do you know if its available in the UK?
I’m not sure, order it and if it is unavailable then they won’t let the payment go through

I have 6 meals a day. I don’t really do much to replace meat I have just cut it out of my diet. I have protein shakes and take iron tablets aswell. There are heaps of websites that will give you information about becoming vegetarian. Some foods you could try are tofu, beans, vegetable patties. I love having egg whites mixed with sundried tomato pesto!
And my last question; how many pounds do you lose pr week?
At the start I lost heaps. Like with most diets it gets harder to lose fat after a while. I lose about 3lbs a week now
What do your ‘pig out day’ consist of?
Caramel slice, cakes, chocolate bars, all you can eat pancakes…anything you want!
Hope I haven’t forgotten any of the questions to answer =)

My meals consist of fruit veges and protein. An example would be:
Breakfast: Protein shake and banana
Snack: Protein Shake + 4 egg whites with sundried tomato pesto
Lunch: Pumpkin and pine nut salad
Snack: Protein shake and fruit
Dinner: Broccoli cooked with 1 cal fry light spray and organic soy sauce
and if I’m still hungry later on I’ll have another protein shake. I always have them with water so its less calories. I have Whey protein isolate (brand: dymatize, flavour: choc mint) it seriously tastes like aero chocolate bar! A tip is to shake it with ice. It tastes like an iced chocolate. I’ve learnt that if I don’t like the taste of the protein I won’t drink it.
Before a workout I usually have a protein shake about an hour before. I take hoodia in conjunction with the meals and sometimes have black coffee before I do cardio (apparently is speeds your heart rate)
I don’t eat bread! I’m trying to stay on low carbs and I’ve never been a bread fan.

WOW you look great hun, I ordered hoodia gordonni or whatever its called a few weeks ago, took it did not work well at all, i dont think mine was the right one. So im stuck and losing weight maybe I ought to stick to 800 cals a day?

No i dont eat any bread. If i were going to take a sandwich to school I’d have it at morning tea instead of lunch. you could take a salad to replace it with? You could also take protein powder in a water bottle and at lunch time put some water in it and mix it up and have a piece of fruit.
I do eat beans and fruit but I’m not really a fan of avocado!
Elizabeth, you should be losing weight by now… maybe do a bit of cardio aswell and yeah restrict your calories =)
Charms, I was eating kind of healthy before taking hoodia, still having the protein shakes but I have become quite strict with my diet since I started to see results. I don’t want to ruin it! Get what I mean!

I have heard that actually! I had no trouble getting it in so I don’t know when they did this crack down. Maybe you could try getting it from an Australian site?
It’s gay that hardly anything is legal in Australia now. The only good weight loss thing about Australia is LA Weight loss going bankrupt. You can buy their products very cheaply on ebay. I’m sure that won’t last long tho
Type ‘hoodia australia’ into google and I’m sure there will be a site you can get it from.
Just make sure its 750mg of pure hoodia =)

Hey Jamie,
I do workout. About an hour of cardio a day. I have been a bit slack lately though. I generally eat pretty healthily but I had been eating some naughty foods too. I have cut out naughty foods (I was addicted to subway cookies basically) but after seeing those photos there is no way I will ever let myself get like that again!
I’m going on holidays where bikini wearing is required (as mentioned above) so I will upload some new photos of the trip and hopefully I will have an awesome body by then!

hey hun, I just wanted to say you look absolutely stunningly beautiful!! Congrats on your success, i am trying so hard to loose some of my weight since bathing suit season and such is coming up! Argg since my boyfriend loveesss the beaches! But, you definately have provided me with some majorrr motivation. Right now i exercise on the treadmill(on the biggest incline) for half hour and elliptical with the greatest resistance. And ive always aten pretty healthily but way more careful for that now! Just wanted to say congrats, your beautiful!!

Umm more examples of a day menu…let me think!
Sometimes i’ll have 1/3 of a cup of oats for breakfast with light soy milk. OH yes and I add a scoop of protein powder if I want to make it taste chocolatey
Snack: fruit + protein shake
Lunch: If i crave carbs I have vegetarian nachos (we have this brand in australia called mr chipman so I get their organic cornchips) and put salsa, low fat cottage cheese and mash up some mix beans on top. I mash the mixed beans with a potato masher in a bowl and microwave them so they are hot. It seriously tastes like normal nachos!
Snack: Protein shake
Dinner: Pumpkin and pine nut salad
In the salad I have pine nuts, roast pumpkin (chilled), rocket lettuce and other dark green lettuce, lite sundried tomato, lite balsamic vinegar dressing
Yep! I also have a lite hot chocolate which has 42 calories If I have a bad chocolate craving. Just finished having one now lol =)

So I have been thinking of some of the low calorie things that I have been eating to share with you!
Andd..
I bought a book today that has the calorie content of popular brand foods. Its called ‘Fats & Figures’ by Karen Daly and I am going to compile a list of 101 snack foods under 100 calories so stay tuned!!
Anyway here are the things that I remembered:
Carrot Sticks with Extra Light Philadelphia Cheese
grilled cucumber slices with grated light motzerella cheese
Lite Jelly
Diet Cordial
Egg whites with sundried tomato pesto mixed in
Watermelon
Frozen watermelon! Tastes like an iceblock =)
Frozen/thawed mixed berries with vanilla lite yogurt

How good is hoodia!
I stopped taking it when I went on holidays with my boyfriends family because I heard that customs was cracking down and didn’t want to get them confiscated lol but all up so far I have lost 6kg (13.2lbs)
I hit a new lowest weight this morning so I’m stoked. I’ll surprise you with photos from my next holiday over new years hehe
I’ll definitely think of some more low calorie meals for you! Actually…I’ll write it today!

I have lost over all 4 kilos in 10 days, but I don’t take Hoodia, I have just made my self a strick diet, based on proteinshakes, tofu etc, wholegrain, nutts, fruit and vegetables (ca. 500- 1000 calloris a day). All this tanx to YOU

To be honest my family hasn’t noticed my weight loss :
they see me everyday so I guess they can’t tell. Even my boyfriend never says anything.
One of my friends always comments though, probably because she’s my gym buddy and we always talk about dieting lol.
I have actually been lazy with my workouts lately so sometimes I only go 3 times a week. My goal for next year is to go 6 times a week without fail!

Hey! I came across your YouTube videos and decided to have a look at your website. You are such a positive inspiration for me to kick start my own journey to weight loss
This Lemonade Master Cleanse looks pretty interesting. I’ve read about it before(being a diet that Beyonce does). However, when I read about it a while ago; all the article said was that she drank a cayenne pepper concoction, which didn’t sound very appealing or something I would be able to stick to. But having a look at the ingredients and how many people are doing it alreay, it doesn’t seem too bad. I might give it a shot!

Darling you look fab! I just received my order of hoodia chaser. I was just wondering if you knew whether the hoodia would show up in tests as i have to take compulsory drug tests every now and then as im in the military and obviously dont want to get in trouble.

Ash! Before the master cleanse it was winter here so I hadn’t been as strict with my diet. I would eat cornflakes for breakfast, salad for lunch and whatever I felt like for dinner. I’d also every now and then eat subway cookies, chocolate and cakes instead of having a cheat day. I stopped eating the junk when I started taking hoodia and felt like I didn’t even need to eat as much. And yep it was in 10 days that the before and after pics were taken. The last one was taken a bit after though probably like 15 days
and im not hungry on the mastercleanse yet and its day 6!

Hi Mel, after checking out your awesome results I decided to order hoodia balance too! Took it for the first time today but it didnt do a thing, I’m thinking of combining it with this other diet pill i bought called slimquick extreme. Do you know if slimquick is effective?
Also, would you recommend any celeb crash diets that are good for dropping some pounds fast?

That is strange, I was taking hoodia chaser and hoodia balance together. I’ve never heard of slimquick sorry!!
Have a look at the master cleanse page, I’ve lost almost 6lbs so far in six days it, read the comments and you can see how the other girls are doing!

I checked with the hoodia people and it wont show up in tests woohoo so i took the first drops of chaser today - man is it disgusting!!!! I decided to mix it with fresh orange juice and its okay now. I so was not prepared for that lol! Hope your master cleanse is still going well, i’ll keep you up dated with any weightloss i have.

i just read through your page. you look great! how’s your diets coming? i tried hoodia diet before for a few days and i did lose weight..but my heart rate was pumping fast so i stopped taking it.. does yours beat faster? do u experience side effects? cus i was using a different pill and was wondering to convert using yours. how much do you lose?? is it really good?
and i did master cleanse too, but it doesnt give me dramatic weight loss.
then i give it up lol. does yours work?

Hey Vanessa!! My lemonade master cleanse is officially over! I ruined it at 1am on day 9 out of 10. I’m devastated. It was way too hard to not eat anything I think hoodia gave me WAYY better results and I could still eat!
I stopped losing weight after the 7th day anyway. Andddd I haven’t fitted into my tsubi jeans yet either. The hoodia didn’t give me side effects at all, It’s really good!!! I lost heaps!
My heart was beating a bit faster especially wen i was exercising, more than usual but it was fine!

You should be proud of yourself for lasting as long as you did! I have maintained only 1kg of weight loss after doing it for 3 days. I think I’ll just do a 3 day cleanse occasionaly in the lead up to special events like wedding & parties. It gave me the flatest tummy ever!
Do you think that’s ok to do that? like a mini cleanse.

Thanks for the virtual hug lol! I think it would be ok to do a mini cleanse! I might do that myself. You can’t order the hoodia to Australia anymore. I’m from Aus.
I don’t know how effective the 400mg of hoodia capsules will be, I find Diet Pills are very expensive from australia! If you workout you could try taking a fat burner like T2 which you can buy from bodybuilding.com for only $27US as opposed to $100 per bottle here!

The lemonade cleanse IS unbearable lol. If you love food then don’t do it. I don’t know of any Diet Pills you can buy from the pharmacy. Hmm….have you read my post on 101 weight loss secrets and 101 snacks under 100 calories? They’d be very useful!
Also I think the best diet and fitness regime on this whole site is Jessica Albas! You’d get the most results with it!

Well i got the “size zero diet plan” sent to my email i think i clicked the link through ur site but not too sure?? anyways i’m gonna give it a go starting tomorrow, Right now i’m goin to buy all the things on my list, i’ve decided to go with the same protein powder that u use (if i can find it) and either the dymaburn extreme tablets or the blackmores metabolism advantage tablets (again whichever i find first)

First of all, I want to say thanks for all your postings and stuff. It’s great! Secondly, I was wondering if you know anything about the “Size 0″ diet pill. It’s the one in the black box with the red 0 on it. Does it work? Right now I’m doing 600 calories a day, but I just wanted to know if the diet pill I’m taking will really get me the results I’m looking for. Also, does hoodiia just block appetite, or does it speed metabolism?

u look great! i also started out being around 118lbs and after restricting my calorie intake and doing cardio for 4 days, i’ve lost 3 lbs. my goal rite now is to fit into a pair of size 0 jeans or evn just size 1 jeans without my body bulging out.im currently a size 3.
i was wondering… w/ ur weight loss, have u been able to fit into smaller sized jeans??? and how long do u think itll take from someone to go from a size 3 to a size 0?

this is my first time blogging,but i’ve been checking your sight daily since i stumbled across it a month ago. its such a great site you have here,you are very inspiring.i’m from oz to but live in perth,i really wanted to do the hoodia diet but as you know customs wont let the hoodia tablets you have into the country and i am sceptical of the ones you can get in australia.i really want to lose weight but its so hard when my boyfriend loves to eat and its really hard to go on a diet when i live with him…i have such bad will power.but you are an inspiration so as of tomorrow i’m going to start the hoodia diet(just without the hoodia)
