It works by not letting you digest about 1/4 of the fat in your meal but 2 days later you will see where that fat has gone! You can have nasty side effects if you eat a very high fat meal with these (leaking of undigesteed fat) and when you go to the toilet you will see the undigested fat as an orange coloured oil.
