Hey all!

Thanks for checking back to the site. I’m sorry I have let you guys down over the past week with the lack of posting
I’ve got the dreaded flu going around so my days have consisted of sleeping/watching tv/more sleep.

I did take a video for the diet solution update one week in and I’m hopefully going to have it  up tomorrow.
I’ll also put some more celeb diets posts up too :)

How are you all doing!? (really, I want to know! Write it in the comments section)

Ps: I am also responding to emails tomorrow too so sorry about the late reply

Awww hope you feel better soon! I got an app for my iphone and its a food diary, cal counter, exercise cal burned counter and traget weight and food analyzer its amazing! I think you would like it :)

great, my new insperation, yes i know this will be wierd but it’s catwoman. i know i said it would be wierd. but each actress who plays catwoman has such an amazing body. hope you get well soon, keep up the post when you get better
