Vanessa Minnillo’s Diet and Fitness Routine!
Vanessa Millino always looks really thin and toned. She admitted that she feels the pressure to be thin and at the moment she is ‘learning not to starve herself’. The former Miss Teen USA now opts for four small meals a day and has banned white rice. She will only eat brown rice instead and spends 60-90 minutes working out ‘most days’. She does both cardio and light weights to keep her in top shape! And hey..it works!
