Went To Sydney & Now I’m Back Yo

Hey peeps

I went to Sydney for a few days with my sisters so sorry for the lack of posting. I guess you are used to it by now!
Anyway..update time I suppose.

Current Weight: 48.8kg
Goal Weight: 45kg

I have worked out that I will still be in the healthy weight range at 45kg so that’s my current plan. I am going to exercise for an hour a day and cut back carbs.
I posted my diet regime to you guys last week sometime so if you want to copy, feel free.

Damnit I wrote the whole thing and then it disappeared (commenting requires an e-mail).
Long story a bit shorter then:
I, too, noticed you look absolutely perfect.
I converted the 5.3 feet to 162 cm. Using a BMI calculator (http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmi-m.htm), it shows you are currently on the edge of the healthy weight. 48.8 kg is BMI 18.6, for 45 kg it is 17.1. The unhealthy weight starts at 18.5. I know the norms differ, but just believe in the visual judgment of others here. :) You do not need to lose aaanything.
I also wondered, I remember you were a sports enthusiast, do you still do exercises daily?
I am a bit older than you, but I can tell from your posts you are really sensible, so.. what do you think, or more precisely, why do you think you need to lose more? You are beautiful as you are.
It takes too much effort to keep this up in a long run – and if you succeed, then it MIGHT (!) be at the cost of your organism.
Anyway, I will keep checking your posts and wish you the best.

OK I noticed you exercise for one hour a day. What exactly?
It’s winter here in Europe, so no running outside. I stick to pilates and long walks mostly.

And I need to cut the carbs, but unfortunately haven’t been able to say no to chocolate. How do you do it!
And too muck protein affects the digestion (in a bad way).

You do not need to lose anymore weight, that wouldn’t be a healthy goal in my honest opinion!

OMG!! You’re gorgeous, I’m followong your diet plan and I’ve lost already 1.5kg, it’s amazing, I added a 25cal litle meal and it’s really fasten my metabolism, thank you for sharing this with all of us, I’m so thankful for finding your blog cuz you really point my onto the right direction, now I don’t eat junk food since I read an email article you sent about Giving up Junk Food I followed step by step and It took me 3 months, but now I’m junk food free and veggie!! I’m about the same height as you, but my current weight is 50.6kg and my goal is about 45-47kg =) I used to be 52kg as I mentioned but lost them with your diet and I’m not even exercising.. XP I’m still finding motivation thougth hehe

This is silly, you already look a little too thin, but still good – losing any more weight will look horrible. It’s funny, im 5’1 and got down to 51kgs and my boyfriend was all ‘dont lose too much more weight!’ Does your boyfriend ever comment on your weight Mel?
