WHAT!
I just watched the video on this site, apparently if you do crunches its not going to give you a six pack.
It makes your abs underneath your fat bigger! So you end up with a bigger stomach. GREAT lol

SOO not true. I remember doing 500 crunches a day, everyday, and I had a really awesome flat tummy.
to get a 6 pack you mostly need to do cardio to get rid of the fat hiding ur abs. Crunches create definition.
It doesn’t matter how beautifully toned you are if you’re cloaked in blubber!
omgosh what?! i’ve always heard that doing crunches is better than doing sit ups!!! devo!!!

UGH i wish someone would just tell me straight-up what to do to get a flat tummy!
Do cardio for to get rid of the fat, and do planks (regular and side planks) to get a strong and flat tummy.
to jessica B, im a junior in high school running (cardio) but intense cardio, like something that really pushes your body, will burn the fat, and the crunches will only create definition, you dont need to do 500 to get the cute belly line down the middle thing idk i get it even when i stand up now,
so: cardio, then only like 100-200 crunches but not in a row
Crunches on their own won’t help, because you are not getting rid of the fat, you’re just building muscle underneath. You need to do crunches WITH a lower-calorie diet (Minimum 1200) and cardio.
