Whats Your Motivation To Lose Weight?

Nobody can really stick to a diet properly without some motivation. So whats yours?
Without a goal we dont really have anything to aim for! I personally want to look great on the beach when I go away on holidays!
I’m trying to get pictures to load properly on the site but for some reason they aren’t. I’ll put some celeb posts up tomorrow for you all! I just need to figure out why the pics arent working. Its good to be back :)

hmmm, mine would be setting out an outfit for anything comming up and picturing how great it will feel wearing that outfit and feeling healthy, if that makes sense lol

I was always slim then suddenly put on 3 stone! Now two years have passed and i’ve gone up and down but only one stone lighter – i just want to have what i call my ‘real body’ back. I miss all my clothes and feeling ok going outside now i just feel disgusting but i am determined that this is the year everything changes
Maybe one day i’ll even get to the beach if ifeel good enough

mine is health motivated, i just survived thyroid cancer and want to protect my body from any other illnesses by filling my body with nutrition :-) also looking great by the time i start my cert 4 fitness wouldn’t hurt! :-p

I want to have a body that is similar to that of my favourite model – Eniko Mihalik. She looks thin but healthy too.
My other favourite model is Natasha Poly but I don’t think I’ll ever look like her :D

I want to loose 20lbs. I have written out a weekly plan now – 3lbs a week. I want to loose about 32lbs. That would make me 105lbs. Which is in the healthy range for me as I am only 5foot.

My motivation is for when my brother returns from Australia in May :) I cannot wait! Plus I actually want to look good for Summer. I love how, for once, my mum is helping me with this diet and really supporting me!

I’ve struggled with watching my weight since the end of 6th grade.. that’s a little over 5 years ago, now being a high school junior. In 7th grade i finally got skinny, dropping about 20lbs and reaching my lowest weight of 118. I’m now hovering at 160, and am 5’9. Idealy, I’d like to be 135-140.. but God knows how I’m going to get there. I’ve tried almost everything and nothing seems to work.

I come here for inspiration and motivation. I’m obsessed with Marisa Miller and Heidi Klum! <3

what’s my motivation? LOTS

1. Seeing a pic of myself. If i like what I see, i maintain my current habits…if the pic makes me wanna cry, i STEP IT UP at the gym and cut down on portion size.
2. summer
3. down south vacations
4. seeing a friend lose 10 lbs
5. and the list goes on
I personnaly feel I look better in a bathing suit than I do in clothes (i guess it’s because my curves are where I want them to be) but ideally, and I feel best, when I’m a size 4. (currently a 6 – 140lbs – 5.8). if I lose my new year’s resolution 10 lbs, i’ll be a perfect 4 :-)

My motivation is to just think about this summer and wearing your mini-skirt and just instead of feeling embarrased, feeling proud. And just strutting with it and scream ‘i did it!! Told you i could do this. This body is what i worked so hard for!!’ (haha in your mind not out loud haha XD)
