Your Thoughts on Wii Fit?
I just saw it in the shops today and have no idea what its like or if it actually helps and makes you sweat. Anybody out there have a wii fit? What kind of things can you do with it?

Tell meee
Ps: If any of the information in the previous two articles is incorrect I apologise. They are for seo purposes, I had a writer write them to provide you information on the diets I haven’t researched myself. Anyway let me know what you think of them!

Comments on Your Thoughts on Wii Fit?
Hi,
this is very popular in Europe and a lot of people use it (at home) instead of going to the gym. You can do gym exercies, yoga, snowboard, ski, golf… (no wonder this is so popular). This will not make you panting (I think), but it’s a great alternative when you can’t/don’t want to go out and move.
Another good thing: it calculates your BMI and weight and shows you your evolutions.
Let us know if you try one!!

hi! yes i have a wii fit, and it’s really good! i have lost weight with it! but it does say your BMI and sometimes your weight uncorrect. but it’s really fun to do. some things you can do with it:
yoga
jogging
hoola hoops
aerobic excercises such as, push ups etc
boxing
steps
snowboarding
and many more
xoxo
I tried this at the store, its so fun!
You can do yoga, balance tests, it calculates BMI, and there’s headbutting soccer balls and lots of stuff.
When I was trying it out, this guy told me his wife lost weight using it, apparently it make you sweat if you go hard out!
I’m about to buy on for my husband (and secretly myself too) for Christmas…
When we went to visit a friend he came down from his bedroom dripping with sweat! at the time we really didn’t want to ask what he was doing, especially since he said he was playing with his “wee wee” but it turns out he was playing tennis on the Wii!!
seriously OMG I must have one and that’s just the consol, with the board you can do cheerleading, yoga, hoola-hooping depending on the games you buy it sounds perfect for me (us)
I’ve got the Wii Fit a couple of months ago and so far it’s been fun but not worth the money if you only intend to loose some pounds. The games (balance-games, aerobic, yoga and muscle-exercises) are really fun to play with a bunch of people but to be honest: I hardly play when I’m alone. I still rather go and hit the gym for some real exercise.
Because i am very self conscious i hate going to the gym so this is really great for me. I have been doing it for over two months and have lost a stone nearly. My fitness has definitely improved too! At first i was struggling to complete two minute exercises and now i can comfortably complete 10 minute slots in succession.
What is good is you can do a little bit at a time. If a tv show is coming on in 15 mins you can fit a quick work out in and your progress is charted and you can set goals an deadlines to reach.
With the running and boxing plus most activities that come with wii sports you really break a sweat just as good as working out at the gym and i find i work harder because i always want to beat my score/time. I do wish there were more aerobic exercises to choose from though and i would love to be able to make use of the yoga but my flexibility is so poor i can barely do any of the moves but if you do like yoga it is fantastic because the balance board ensures that your weight is perfectly distributed- i think you’d have to see it to understand fully.
If you already own a wii it isn’t too much money to spend plus i hear you can buy loads of great games so you can use it for fitness and fun!
I LOVE my Wii Fit! I’m just a teenager and still growing so I didn’t lose any weight, but I got very toned and muscular. The workouts are easy and fun, but you have to commit to the Wii Fit if you want to see good results. I hope this helps!
i got the wii fit on 25th dec 2008 and by feb 2009 i had gone from 9st 12lb to 8st 2lb it was well worth the christmas gift
– i countinued to get down to 71/2 stone for summer only thing is now ive gained a wee bit of weight and need to loose it again in 2 months, im thinking of the katie price bobble head diet and then my wii fit work out, jogging for 2 hours stepups for 2, they dont actually let you work out after 3 hours i just continue without the board being on, ands you can work out watching the tv
hope that helps xoxo
I love my wii fit! It lets you set a goal and has made me try alot harder to reach mine. I use the yoga alot because I dont have anywhere near me where yoga classes are held, so doing it at home is great!
Hula-hooping and running really gets your heart going, and can make you sweat depending on the amount of time/effort you put into it.
I recommend getting it, its helped me loose weight and get so much fitter, defentlyt worth the money:)xx
